Shipping

As all our jewellery is lovingly handcrafted please allow up to 3 weeks for production of your item(s).

Shipping Times Once Dispatched:

  • United Kingdom (Inland): Next Day before 1pm / Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Europe: 3-5 working days / Royal Mail International Signed For
  • Rest of World : 5-7 working days / Royal Mail International Signed For

Returns

If your item does not fit you the resize fee is £25. Simply send the jewellery back to us (using a recorded delivery service is safest as we can assume no responsibility for lost items), with a note containing your order number, contact information and why you have posted the item back to us and we will resize your ring to fit perfectly. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are happy to give a full refund within 14 days (not including any shipping costs) after delivery to you on unworn and unused items. (Customer pays for the return recorded delivery).
